Xtra Step is a robust, water resistant 12mm laminate flooring which is available in a range of colours. It comes with a 25 Year residential wear warranty, and 5 Year Commercial use Warranty. It is easy to fit using the renowned ‘Uniclic’ system.

We can arrange installation on your behalf using trusted independent self-employed fitters. Installation payments are paid directly to the fitter unless otherwise agreed. The fitter is responsible for their own workmanship standards, installation quality, and any follow-up snagging or adjustments if required.
Ara charges a fixed £15 installation arrangement fee per order. This covers administration, scheduling, coordination with the fitter, and customer support relating to the installation service.
The examples below are intended as a guide only. Final installer fitting prices are calculated at checkout based on the full order, including room sizes, number of areas, product grouping, and minimum charges.
Additional services such as uplifting existing flooring, moving furniture, door trimming, and floor preparation or levelling are not included in the online fitting calculation.
These must be discussed with us prior to fitting and are priced on a job-by-job basis.
