Fitter Costs
We can arrange fitting on your behalf using trusted self-employed fitters. Fitting is paid directly to the fitter unless otherwise agreed.
The examples below are intended as a guide only. Final fitting prices are calculated at checkout based on the full order, including room sizes, number of areas, product grouping, and minimum charges.

Laminate / SPC plank fitting guide
Standard fitting is priced at £12.50 per m².
Minimum fitting charges may apply for smaller areas. This means some smaller rooms or combinations of rooms may cost more than the simple square metre calculation.
Example fitting prices
Small room
3m × 4m = 12m²
Minimum charge applies: £180
Two small areas
Room 1: 2m × 2m = 4m²
Room 2: 2m × 4m = 8m²
Total: 12m²
Minimum charge applies: £180
Hallway
6m × 2m = 12m²
Minimum charge applies: £180
Lounge
5m × 4m = 20m²
20m² × £12.50 = £250
Large through lounge / diner
8m × 4m = 32m²
32m² × £12.50 = £400
Additional Services
Additional services such as uplifting existing flooring, moving furniture, door trimming, and floor preparation or levelling are not included in the online fitting calculation.
These must be discussed with us prior to fitting and are priced on a job-by-job basis.
