Our Pro Laminate Classic flooring from Egger, features bevelled edges that make the laminate floors look exactly like hardwood flooring. The surface features an exact photographic replication of solid hardwood. These laminate floors flaunt all the beautiful patterns, imperfections and grains as seen in laminate.
The surface is protected with a UV resistant coating to protect the floors from fading. You can enjoy these lovely floors for decades without the hassle of repair or replacement. Pro Laminate Classic laminate floor is resistant to scratches, stains and wear and tear or daily use. This makes them perfect for homes with pets and kids or commercial spaces with high activity.
This Laminate Flooring is also resistant to fluctuations in temperature, humidity or moisture. You can install the floors with complete confidence in any living space including a conservatory, the kitchen or a bathroom. Unlike hardwood flooring, these floors do not swell up or buckle under hot and humid conditions. These floors are very soft and comfortable underfoot and are perfectly compatible with underfloor heating systems.
Pro Laminate Classic is installed through the unique UNI Fit technology. This makes installation quick, easy and totally fuss-free. The floors are perfect for busy families as they require minimal maintenance. Cleaning these floors is a breeze. In case you spill something, immediately mop the floor to avoid staining.

Installation & Fitter Costs
We can arrange installation on your behalf using trusted independent self-employed fitters. Installation payments are paid directly to the fitter unless otherwise agreed. The fitter is responsible for their own workmanship standards, installation quality, and any follow-up snagging or adjustments if required.
Ara charges a fixed £15 installation arrangement fee per order. This covers administration, scheduling, coordination with the fitter, and customer support relating to the installation service.
The examples below are intended as a guide only. Final installer fitting prices are calculated at checkout based on the full order, including room sizes, number of areas, product grouping, and minimum charges.

Standard fitting is priced at £12.50 per m².
Minimum fitting charges may apply for smaller areas. This means some smaller rooms or combinations of rooms may cost more than the simple square metre calculation.

Additional Services
Additional services such as uplifting existing flooring, moving furniture, door trimming, and floor preparation or levelling are not included in the online fitting calculation.
These must be discussed with us prior to fitting and are priced on a job-by-job basis.
