Description
Nordic SPC LVT is a Heavy Duty, 5mm thick SPC click Flooring, available in a range of realistic wood designs. Nordic SPC LVT is suitable for any room in the house, including bathrooms and kitchens. It’s simple click fitting system means it is ideal for the DIY enthusiast. It comes with a built in underlay meaning it can be fitted directly on to a level subfloor.
SPC flooring is luxury vinyl planks/tiles with a stone-plastic composite core. Also known as rigid core or engineered vinyl flooring. It’s manufactured in four or five layers, depending on whether the underlay backing has been added. The Underlay backing has been added to the Nordic range.

Fitter Costs
We can arrange fitting on your behalf using trusted self-employed fitters. Fitting is paid directly to the fitter unless otherwise agreed.
The examples below are intended as a guide only. Final fitting prices are calculated at checkout based on the full order, including room sizes, number of areas, product grouping, and minimum charges.

Standard fitting is priced at £12.50 per m².
Minimum fitting charges may apply for smaller areas. This means some smaller rooms or combinations of rooms may cost more than the simple square metre calculation.

3m × 4m = 12m²
Minimum charge applies: £180
Two small areas
Room 1: 2m × 2m = 4m²
Room 2: 2m × 4m = 8m²
Total: 12m²

Hallway
6m × 2m = 12m²
Minimum charge applies: £180
Lounge
5m × 4m = 20m²
20m² × £12.50 = £250
Large through lounge / diner
8m × 4m = 32m²
32m² × £12.50 = £400
Additional Services
Additional services such as uplifting existing flooring, moving furniture, door trimming, and floor preparation or levelling are not included in the online fitting calculation.
These must be discussed with us prior to fitting and are priced on a job-by-job basis.
